You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must, of course, be unused and undamaged. As soon as your return has been received in good order, you will receive a confirmation via email. We will refund the amount to your account as soon as possible, but no later than within 5 working days.

We do our utmost to pack orders carefully, but unfortunately, things can always go wrong. Please contact us as soon as possible; we will send the correct product, provided it is in stock.
